Our community welcomes anyone aligned with values of gratitude, service, and integrity. No hard selling, no pressure, just meaningful engagement.
Our Story
The Raffles Crew was started by Simon J. began as an informal conversation between 5 friends over coffee who wanted a better way to connect with others in business. Frustrated with traditional networks that felt aggressive or transactional, they created something different. Warm, open, and grounded in mutual support.
From humble beginnings in Singapore, it has grown into a values-driven network group of corporate leaders, founders, funders and exceptional talent across Southeast Asia.
We offer optional events and curated sessions. There are no membership fees and never any pressure. All are welcome who can listen, support others, and contribute thoughtfully.

Our home base and the birthplace of the Raffles Crew. Singapore is where we hold regular weekly coffees, ticketed events such as networking events and curated lunches, and community gatherings for professionals across industries.

Raffles Crew London connects UK-based professionals and entrepreneurs with business opportunities in Singapore and Southeast Asia. Watch this space as we welcome the first members to join and kick off with our London event in October 2025.

Dubai
Dubai is increasingly critical as many companies have moved out of Southeast Asia and into Dubai. We are glad to announce that Raffles Crew will be opening up there, in October, hosting our first coffee.
